Looked everywhere for AGT VIXEN, no-one had or was even expecting the rifle soon, Pellpax offered to email me as soon as they had one and sure enough they did, this is my 3rd purchase from them and they are simply awesome!. Used your home delivery service 3 times this year already. You provide an excellent service, by phone, online or even when your delivery staff meet me face to face. Would recommend Pellpax to anyone. Probably the best service and customer service I,ve ever experienced.

As it was my first time purchasing an Air Rifle, I was concerned about the whole process but found Pellpax.co.uk by far the easiest company to deal with. The whole process was simple and delivered direct to my door (many other online suppliers require you to arrange delivery to a local RFD, which is a big hassle). I placed my first order this month. The ordering process is straightforward and clear. Delivery instructions are also clear and once I had ordered I was regularly updated and once dispatched I was given the opportunity to track the delivery. Details of the delivery vehicle and the name and mobile number of the driver. All very professional.

On delivery the driver introduced himself and was very courteous and helpful. My purchases were thoughtfully and safely wrapped and packaged.

I wanted some advise on what air rifle to use to dispatch feral pigeons, i spoke to Isaac on line he was very helpful and advised what would suit, i ordered the Remington pest control kit, no problem ordering, kept informed when and what time my order would arrive. definitely powerful enough to do the job. I love the rifle can't say the same for the pigeons.
Arrived on time, person who delivered very pleasant and polite, cannot recommend Pellpax high enough.

I always order from pellpax because they have friendly customer service that always gets the job done. There stock is always kept to the highest quality, I know this because any Item you order from them comes in perfect condition. bought a pistol from them at the NEC show last year. There was no magazine in the sealed box. Had to go back to the show they not only supplied the missing magazine but gave me another afterwards via the post and paid for my petrol to go back to the show to sort it all out. I have since ordered several things from Pellpax and they have been upfront and decent.

My last purchase was for a HW99s plus scope Hawke 3-9x40 ao mil.dot and the pellpax staff were extremely helpful and delivery was excellent .
Infact I have had a number of rifles scopes silencers and HW45 pistol plus Walther terrus .177 and always had first class service of the staff in fact they are my number one go to gun shop.
So if you are in the market for a rifle or want first class advice about anything shooting wise give them a phone call ?
